Effective immediately, there is to be absolutely NO AFTER-HOURS DUMPING on our property. Dumping privileges are reserved exclusively for customers who purchase bulk materials from our yard or who have a valid Residential Dump Pass. Any customer found dumping materials outside of normal business hours will be subject to fines and/or fees, which will be applied directly to your account. If you do not have an account with us, we will provide all available photos, video, and other information to the local police department. Any customer caught violating this policy will permanently lose their dumping privileges and will no longer be permitted to dump at our facility. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. However, to protect our property, maintain safety, and ensure compliance with our operating procedures, this policy must be strictly enforced going forward.
